This Brie or multipurpose cheese mold can be used with or without the included follower, making it a versatile piece of cheese making equipment. It is a great mold for making either Brie or Saint Paulin. It can also be used for a variety of hard cheese including Cheddar and Colby. We suggest placing a cheese mat underneath this mold for best results.
