We want you to be fully satisfied with your home cheesemaking journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most non-perishable equipment and supplies. Please note that cultures, enzymes, and other temperature-sensitive ingredients are non-returnable to ensure the highest food safety standards for all our customers.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and do not include perishable ingredients like rennet or starter cultures.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack your equipment to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA form inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
